Darrell Wilson has spent his career doing one thing: making sure Black and Brown students have access to the tools, relationships, and opportunities they deserve. Across senior partnership roles at National Geographic Learning, Achieve3000, McGraw Hill, and Edmentum, he has built national initiatives that bring high-quality educational technology to the communities most often left behind. He spearheaded the 2011 Initiative at an all-male Chicago Charter School for African American Males, achieving a 100% graduation and college acceptance rate. He has led high-profile district partnerships with organizations including the NFL, ESPN, Fox, the LA Times, and the Seattle Times, and has been a consistent voice for migrant communities and students experiencing poverty. In 2017, National Geographic named him Consultant of the Year for Career Readiness. In 2008, he received special recognition from US Congresswoman Hilda Solis and Senate Majority Leader Gloria Romero for Academic Excellence and Leadership in partnership with Baldwin Park Unified School District. He serves as an advisor for the Student with a Goal organization and The S.H.A.Y. Foundation.

Having served as Vice President of Government Affairs and Community Partnerships at both Achieve3000 and McGraw Hill, and as AVP of Government Relations and External Affairs at Edmentum, Javier has spent his career translating the promise of educational technology into policy-level adoption at the federal, state, and local levels. At CLAROEdu, he will lead the organization's government affairs strategy — opening doors to district procurement pathways, Title I and bilingual education funding streams, and state-level policy advocacy that positions Socratic dialogue as a recognized instructional intervention. His deep experience in regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement will be instrumental as CLARO scales into public school systems across the country and in Mexico.

Formerly Head of Indigenous & Tribal Affairs at Amazon, his mission has always been to amplify the voices, values, and visions of Indigenous peoples. At CLARO, he serves as our liaison to Indigenous and Native communities across the United States — ensuring that the promise of Socratic dialogue reaches every learner, on every nation.
