The DialogIQ Training Certification recognizes three things that a student has actually done, not three boxes they have checked.
Demonstrated mastery of deep thinking
The student has shown consistent performance across all DialogIQ rubric dimensions: inference, evidence use, perspective-taking, and self-correction. Not once. Across sessions, over time.
Served as a Chispa Trainer
The student has coached at least one peer through the thinking process. They have transferred the capacity, not just demonstrated it. The thinking culture they carry is now larger than themselves.
Reached the fade point
Chispa no longer needs to prompt, mirror, or challenge. The student generates their own questions, catches their own gaps, and sustains deep thinking without scaffolding. The thinking belongs to them.
A credential designed to feel significant.
A child should want to show this to their parents. A parent should feel proud receiving it. The certificate is issued in the student's name and belongs to them.

Students who earn it have done something real.
The certification marks a transition, not a conclusion. A student who holds the DialogIQ Training Certification has not finished learning. They have become someone who can build what CLARO built in them, in someone else.
That is the Thought Architect Coach: the final stage of the Chispa arc. Not dependency on CLARO. Not mastery measured by a rubric. A student who architects the thinking culture of a classroom.
